TAOS, TELLURIDE AND WOLF CREEK
COWBOYS, INDIANS, AND POWDER SNOW-This article describes a road
trip in the southwest United States, which includes visits to Taos,
New Mexico; Telluride, Colorado; and Wolf Creek, Colorado. We also
visit numerous national parks and historic sites, including the
Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Arches Park, Canyonlands, not to
mention a bit of sand dune skiing in Sand Dunes, Colorado. Taos
is an old Indian pueblo, Telluride is an old Western town, where
Butch Cassidy robbed his first bank, and Wolf Creek is the little
known mountain which gets the most snow in Colorado.
